My research's experimental component involves 2D NMR to study peptide's interaction with membrane mimics (micelles, lipid bilayers, vesicles).
Generally we use the 2D technique, NOESY and TOCSY. This page will soon contain NMR spectra and explanations of the techniques and how the data
is processed to characterize the secondary structure of the peptide and
the dynamic processes the peptide undergoes.
